April 20, 99..ya got 2 teenagers with a gleam in their eye
deemed weird by peers, those who know fears
shed little tears, and only 18 years old
call themselves mafia, do or do not like ya
packin' some like a thug, evening the score

I gotta question in my mind that still needs answerin'
where did their parents go and why i'm still wonderin
and they are the ones on who the world should all be focusin'
yet they still say kids will be kids

the beginning, not the end of recompense
is then, understood what lies in other's eyes is "sorry"
