does anybody see me?

i used to be strong
now only my will is
don't you realize what legacies i've left?
i had lived my life
before you were even born
i've seen things you've only read about, child

my face...fallen
my eyes....sadden
my fear.....grows
my kids.....nowhere to be found

i wonder why
i don't belong here

don't feed me
don't touch me
