(and the rest of the band) Howdy, this is Scott, co-host of the "Huzzah for Ska!" radio show on KRCL 90.9fm. We play two hours every Saturday night from 7-9pm, right after "Smile Jamaica" at 4pm. The show has been on air for over two and a half years, and we/I would LOVE to get/buy any recorded material for the station and myself. Would love to plug all shows I hear about, I don't know everything, but I appreciate the help. Would have been to see you earlier, but it seems every gig you play, something comes up and I can't make it. I WILL make it to something this coming week, maybe you would like to put me on the guestlist for oshucks, i dunno, call me at the station Saturday night 359-9191 or 1-800-359-9191. I'd really like to see you in Ogden, but I don't think I'll get off work by then. We'd also like to have you on the show sometime, maybe if you want to play a live set, there's only three mikes, including mine, but I'd prefer to have you wait until I figure out how to work the digital workstation stuff so I can record you digitally, better sound quality than analog...and if you like the quality, well, we dream of putting out a compilation someday, but there are some other things that need to be done first, like our website. Unfortunately, I never saw SwimHerschelSwim, can you believe I put off going to shows until after the Final Gig in, what, summer of 1994? Ah, well, we've had My Man Friday, 2 1/2 White Guys, Kindertones, and other national bands on the show, maybe you'd like to come up sometime...I have Final Round, like the tracks, but lay off the Bad Words at the Jackson Street Jct. and on our show, if you don't mind...oh, do we have stories about that...so, that's about enough babbling, we enjoy all good music, particularly stuff that fits in nicely with the 45+ year history of ska.
